1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FiveAway (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Accounts & Discord login
FiveAway uses Discord to authenticate you. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord credentials secure. We access only your Discord identity, email, and the list of servers you belong to, solely to verify giveaway eligibility.
3. Giveaways
Giveaways are created and operated by their organizers. FiveAway provides the tooling — including entry, eligibility verification, and automated winner selection — but organizers are responsible for fulfilling prizes and for the accuracy of their giveaway's terms. Winners are selected automatically using a random (optionally points-weighted) draw. Entry is free unless an organizer states otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the Service, including creating fake accounts, manipulating entries, attempting to bypass eligibility checks, or using the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FiveAway is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that giveaways will be error-free.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
